Staci Leibson

Celiac Disease Life Coach - Helping Families Navigate Gluten-Free Living

Staci Leibson is a certified life coach specializing in celiac disease support and gluten-free lifestyle coaching. As the mother of Jude Leibson, who was diagnosed with celiac disease in January 2022, Staci understands firsthand the challenges families face when adapting to a gluten-free lifestyle.

Our Celiac Disease Journey

Since Jude's celiac disease diagnosis, Staci and her son have become passionate advocates for the celiac community. Together, they explore the tristate area, discovering the best gluten-free restaurants and food options to help other families living with celiac disease.

After Jude's diagnosis, Staci recognized a critical gap in pediatric celiac disease research and support resources for families with newly diagnosed children.

Community4Celiac: Supporting Celiac Disease Research

Committed to advancing celiac disease research, Staci partnered with Marci to establish Community4Celiac, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. This celiac disease charity creates social gatherings and fundraising events, directing 100% of proceeds toward essential celiac disease research, particularly focusing on pediatric patients.

Family-Centered Gluten-Free Living

Staci lives in the tristate area with her husband Alex and their three children: Jude, Dash, and Pace. The entire family embraces gluten-free living, proving that a celiac disease diagnosis doesn't limit family adventures or dining experiences.

Educational Background in Special Education and Social Work

With an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Towson University and four master's degrees in childhood general and special education from Hofstra University, Staci brings over 8 years of teaching experience to her life coaching practice. Her background in special education and social work provides a unique foundation for supporting individuals with celiac disease and their families.

From Special Education Teacher to Celiac Disease Life Coach

Staci's transition from special education teacher to celiac disease life coach represents a natural evolution of her passion for helping others. Her social work education and teaching experience developed essential skills in active listening, empathy, and problem-solving - core competencies in effective life coaching for chronic health conditions.
